## REFUNDS

**All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
All purchases made through our platform are converted into non-refundable credits upon completion of the transaction. Because our system operates on a credit-based model, monetary refunds are not available. Credits are issued instantly and may be used toward any eligible services or products within our platform. All sales are final once credits have been applied to your account. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before completing a purchase, as credit balances cannot be reversed or converted back to cash.
