Construir un dashboard de operaciones sigue una secuencia repetible. Primero, define las decisiones que impulsa, se especifico sobre que haras diferente tu o tu equipo cuando un numero se mueva, porque eso determina que metricas le corresponden. Segundo, conecta tus fuentes de datos, tu ERP, CRM, base de datos de ventas o inventario y cualquier otro sistema donde vive la verdad, para que el dashboard se nutra de la fuente en lugar de exportaciones copiadas a mano.
