What is a credit?
Credits are used for AI code generation and automation tasks. Each credit is calculated based on the tokens used when generating code. Tokens are small pieces of text that AI processes - think of them as the "words" that AI reads and writes.
Smarter and more advanced AI models use more tokens to produce higher quality results, so they consume more credits. Your monthly credit allocation renews at the start of each billing cycle.
What is an internal user vs external user?
Internal Users are members of your organization. This includes team members who can create, edit, and manage apps and automations (with access to AI chat, workflow builder, and administrative features), as well as employees who have access to your published applications through the internal company portal.
External Users are end users outside your organization who interact with your public apps and tools. They can use your published apps, submit forms, and view dashboards, but they don't have access to the internal portal. External users are unlimited on all plans!
What is an internal portal?
The Internal Company Portal is a centralized hub where your team can access all the apps and automations you've created. Think of it as your customized company intranet - a branded space where employees can find and use all your internal tools in one place. You can customize the portal with your company logo, organize apps by category, and control which team members have access to which tools.
Is hosting included?
Yes! All plans include complete hosting for your apps and automations. Your apps are hosted on our secure and scalable infrastructure with automatic SSL certificates, global CDN, and 99.9% uptime. You can publish apps immediately without worrying about servers, deployment, or maintenance. For Creator plans and above, you can also connect your own custom domain to make your apps truly yours.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Of course. Just log in to your admin panel and click 'Cancel subscription'.
What payment methods are accepted?
