SAP Business One dashboards, without opening a port
Build an SAP Business One dashboard straight from the SQL Server in your office: sales, stock, overdue invoices. Install the AgentUI Connector on that server once. It only calls out, over HTTPS, and your firewall stays shut.
Read-only by design. Revoke the connector in two clicks.
From installer to first dashboard in four steps
Install it on the database server
Double-click the installer (.exe, .pkg or .deb) or paste one command. No Node.js needed.
Name it in AgentUI
In Connect Apps → SQL Database, name the connector and click Create connector.
Run the command it gives you
It checks SQL Server and AgentUI, then installs itself as a service that restarts after a crash or reboot.
Build on your data
When the connector shows Online, a "<name> (on-prem)" connection appears. Build on it: your apps and the AI read SAP Business One from there.
What ops teams build first on SAP Business One data
The monthly sales report, already built
Invoices by customer, rep and branch, read from SAP Business One when you open it. No exporting to Excel on the first Monday and hoping the numbers match.
Stock across every warehouse
See quantities for each warehouse, and what's below minimum, on one screen. Nobody phones three locations to ask what's on the shelf.
Overdue invoices by customer
Open balances, sorted by days late. Finance and sales work from one list instead of two exports.
Questions in plain words
Ask the AI which customers bought less this quarter than last, and it queries your SAP Business One data through the same connector.
Your SAP Business One server stays off the internet
Before the connector, you had to email us for an IP address, expose the database and allow that IP through your firewall. A server with no public address couldn't connect at all. Now the server calls out to us, and nothing calls in.
- Your firewall stays as it is: the connector only makes outbound HTTPS calls on port 443.
- Nothing in SAP can change: only SELECT and WITH queries run, and each is rolled back.
- The SQL Server password stays on the SAP server (encrypted on Windows). We keep only a fingerprint of the connector key.
- Changed your mind? Revoke the connector in two clicks and its key stops working within 25 seconds.
- "Your connectors" shows at a glance whether each SAP server is online.
Built for SAP Business One on an office SQL Server
If SAP Business One runs on a Windows server in your office with no public address, this is built for you. Any other Microsoft SQL Server you run in-house connects the same way.
More than one site? Add up to 20 connectors per workspace, one per server, on Windows, macOS or Linux.
What the connector doesn't do
Only SQL Server
It reads Microsoft SQL Server. MySQL, PostgreSQL and Oracle on your own network aren't supported through the connector.
No writing back to SAP
It's read-only by design. Your apps show and combine SAP Business One data; changes still happen in SAP.
No copy, no sync
Nothing is copied into AgentUI. Each query runs when it's needed, up to 1,000 rows and 30 seconds.
Hand your IT person the setup guide
Beside the steps in the app there's a "Download the setup guide (Word)" link. It's a step-by-step document with screenshots, in nine languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Turkish, Hindi and Arabic.
Rather do it together? Book a call and we'll walk your IT through the install.

Start with the report you rebuild every month
Connect SAP Business One once, and that report pulls from the source every time someone opens it. Want help with the install? A person from our team sets it up with your IT.
